To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

⊹ Part of our jewelry collection is Gold Vermeil, which means it is gold-plated upon Sterling Silver. Gold Vermeil is a high-quality form of gold plating where a thick layer of gold (between 2.5 - 3 microns) is bonded to Sterling Silver.

Most fashion jewelry is flash gold-plated, meaning it has a gold layer well below 1 micron and is not considered Gold Vermeil.
The key difference between Gold Vermeil and standard gold-plated jewelry is that Gold Vermeil has a much thicker gold layer, making it more durable, and it uses Sterling Silver as the base metal instead of brass, copper, or other lower-quality metals.

To keep your Gold Vermeil jewelry beautiful for as long as possible, follow these simple care tips:
